Being in the Present Moment

Much of our time is spent worrying about the future and regretting what was done in the past. The issues are very real, they deserve our time and attention. The problem is our ability to do anything about them is extremely limited. What we do have control over is the present moment. I have some links and videos from a variety of sources that will explain more about this philosophy and show you specific ways to apply it to your daily routines.
