The process of going into trance is a very natural state we all experience in our daily lives. A great movie ends and you are surprised at how long you've been in the theater. You're driving and after listening to a good song you realize you've covered many miles and can't recall the distance traveled. These are a few examples of natural trance. I use hypnosis to teach others how to achieve that state when they need to deal with stressful situations or connect with their inner resources to make changes in eating habits or to quit smoking.
